what we do

Parliament of India introduced the Right to Information Act (RTI) in 2005. As per this act, any citizen of India has a right to know and request information from any Government Body.

As per this act, the public authority is bound to give information regarding the citizen's request within a certain period to the citizen. Though Parliament of India passed the RTI bill on 15th June 2005, this bill came into force on 12th October 2005. Our society creates awareness about these laws and help them utilize their right.

Law.H02.png

Here we are presenting RTI & Human Rights Advocacy Society, a platform and non-profit organization, helping all the citizens in knowing the laws related RTI and Human Rights and the fundamental rights of the citizens. Law is the same for all, but many citizens do not have clarity about their basic fundamental rights and the role of judicial systems in their day-to-day lives. The mission of this organization is to help the common citizen who is living in democratic country like India live independently by understanding the basic fundamental and democratic rights. To give our next generation youth a corruption free country.

  • Bring awareness about RTI and Human rights among the common people framed for the well-being of the citizens by our country.

  • Our team members will start working from the core level to achieve this aim. We planned a certain set of guidelines where our team members will approach the citizens living in the villages, mandals, and districts and educate and bring awareness about RTI & Human rights.

  • Apart from educating, they will be guided on approaching the government in questioning and enquiring about their basic rights methodologically.

  • Additionally, as responsible Indian citizens, we aim to contribute our services to society by carrying out welfare programs such as scholarships for financially low-income families, Books distribution for poor kids, Free food campaigns, and many other welfare projects.
